Atmospheric Condition - The room should be at a good temperature and with fresh air.
Noise - Both external and internal noise should be kept within reasonable levels.
Lighting - Lighting should be sufficient and set up so as not to reflect off the screen.
Decor - Should be pleasant and relaxing.
Printer Location - Away from the user to reduce noise and smell.
